Marquee Hire for Weddings, Parties and Events

We've hired marquees since 2016, from 3m × 3m shelters to our 12m × 6m event marquee. Our marquees have weather-resistant PVC roofs and sides and are installed and taken down by our own crew.

Marquee hire FAQs

1. What size marquee do you offer?

  • Our 12m × 6m marquee provides 72m² of usable floor space

  • Price: £500 for weekday hire or £600 for weekend hire (12m × 6m marquee).

  • Suitable for weddings, parties, corporate events, festivals and private functions

  • Larger configurations can be discussed depending on your requirements
     

2. How many people can it accommodate?

  • Round tables: approximately 40–80 people

  • Trestle tables: approximately 36–72 people

  • Theatre style: approximately 45–90 people

  • Standing: up to approximately 120 people

  • Final capacity depends on furniture, staging, bars and other equipment
     

3. What ground does the marquee need?

  • A clear, level area is required

  • Grass or suitable hardstanding can be considered

  • The ground must be suitable for securing the marquee

  • We assess access and ground conditions before installation
     

4. Is the marquee waterproof?

  • Yes, the marquee has a waterproof PVC cover

  • Designed to provide protection from rain and the elements

  • Side panels can be used to provide additional weather protection
     

5. How long does it take to install?

  • Installation time depends on the size and configuration

  • Our experienced team handles the complete installation and dismantling

  • We can discuss installation dates around your event requirements
     

6. Can I have tables and chairs inside?

  • Yes

  • We can accommodate round tables, trestle tables and theatre-style seating

  • Layouts can be planned around your specific event

  • Space can also be allocated for bars, staging, entertainment and catering
     

7. Can you install a stage or LED screen inside the marquee?

  • Yes, subject to the size and layout required

  • We can provide staging and LED screen solutions

  • Ideal for:

    • Presentations

    • Live entertainment
       

8. Does the marquee require power?

  • The marquee itself does not require a power supply

  • Power may be required for lighting, heating, catering, AV equipment and entertainment

  • We can provide suitable generators and power distribution where required

  • Power requirements can be planned as part of your event package
     

9. Can the marquee be used in bad weather?

  • The marquee provides protection from rain and wind

  • Side panels can be closed to help protect guests from the weather

  • Weather conditions are assessed before installation and throughout the event where appropriate

  • We will advise if conditions could affect the safe use of the marquee
     

10. Do you provide a complete marquee package?

  • Yes, we can provide more than just the marquee structure
