How much space does an 8m LED screen require?

• Clear, level area of approximately 14m × 10m

• Approximately 5,000kg required for the screen vehicles

• Approximately 3,500kg required for the towing vehicle and generator

• Ground must be suitable for the required vehicle and equipment loading
   

What is the maximum wind speed?

• 38mph in its highest position

• 40mph in its lowest position

• 24mph when solid PVC advertising banners are fitted

• An anemometer is positioned on top of the screen to continuously monitor wind speeds
   

How far should the audience be from the screen?

• Audience barriers should be positioned approximately 8–10m from the screen

• No pyrotechnics within 10m of the screen

• Final positioning will be assessed as part of the site setup
   

What insurance is required?

• The hirer is typically responsible for insuring the screen while it is on site

• £100,000 of appropriate insurance cover is required for the 8m × 4m screen

• We can provide the relevant equipment details for your insurer if required
   

How long does the screen take to build?

• Allow approximately 4–6 hours for installation

• For larger events, the screen is typically installed the day before

• This allows time for:
