Client: SBD – 2 x LED Screen Hire NEC Birmingham

Our team was contracted by SBD to deliver a full AV setup for their event at the NEC Birmingham. We installed two 8sqm LED screens, a 9m branded banner, and 1m walkway entrance structures, creating a strong visual presence across the space.

 

The setup also included two microphones with stands, video processing equipment, and a complete sound system, ensuring clear communication and high-quality audio throughout the event.

 

We completed the installation efficiently and carried out a late Sunday de-rig, working around the event schedule with minimal disruption. While SBD’s on-site technical team operated the equipment during the event, our team ensured every element was installed, tested, and performance-ready.

 

The result was a clean, reliable, and impactful AV setup that supported a smooth-running event from start to finish.
